Took almost 3 hours and SEVERAL phone calls to get a boy and his mother that were waiting at my place of business to where they needed to go. The drivers were RUDE and actually hung up on the boy while he was trying to tell them where they were at. Said they were too far out to get them and "click". It wasn't this family's fault they couldn't get the address right! I even gave the dispatcher the address myself when they first called!!! It finally took one of my employees calling and going off to get some results! So unprofessional and UNCARING! Don't worry, we took care of them when YOU WOULDN'T and if the cab wouldn't have shown up when it did I would have taken them where they needed to go myself. Have some pride in your city and in yourselves!!! This is NOT how you TREAT PEOPLE! And we wonder why everyone pushed so hard for UBER...
The fact that their now trying to recruit Uber drivers indicates that their about to be out of business soon. You guys had SERVERAL years to improve your service (or lack there of) before Uber came to Buffalo. I remember one time I was literally standing in the pouring rain for about 30-45 mins before dude finally showed up. And it’s no coincidence that Liberty Cab has several 1 star reviews.

Have observed lots of terrible driving by this company, but was almost hit last Saturday by a cab (#865) that decided to drive around me in a clearly marked pedestrian only walkway when I paused for the car in front of me to turn left. He then almost hit me when cutting back in front of me as I had started moving again. You have one job. Driving. Driving well and safely. Completely unprofessional. Let's see if the company responds to my email complaint.
This company should be banished from the planet. I reserved a wheelchair cab 2 weeks ahead of time to transport my dad to the airport. 15 mins after the scheduled pickup time, I called to see where it was. They said there were no cabs available. 90 minutes later they called back to inform me that a cab was becoming available in 30 minutes. So that’s 2 hours after the reserved time - for a ride to the airport! It would actually have been far better if they didn’t take my reservation - at least in that case I would have been able to book an alternative. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS!!!
I had a ride scheduled with this company November 7,2017@2pm and my appointment was a hour away!! The driver Frank #45 called me at 1:30pm and told me he was a hour and a half away and couldn’t make it until 3pm!!! My appointment was at 3pm!! He was rude and hung up on me!! I called this company right after he hung up on me 4 times and left 3 voicemails that were supposed to be managers voicemails!! I never got a call back until 2:02pm and the guy said a driver was 79 minutes away, put me on hold and then hung up on me!! I got FOUR DIFFERENT TEXTS AT 1:57pm car #858, 2:13pm car #115, and 2:28pm car #736 and none of them SHOWED UP! It takes a HOUR to get to my appointment!! I’ve waited 6 months to get into this appointment, from my drs office trying to get my results from another doctor to get this appointment!! I made an appointment with MedVan two weeks ago to schedule this ride!! I’ve missed a work today and like I said waited 6 months to get this appointment!! The customer service representatives are RUDE and don’t know what they’re doing!! I shouldn’t of had to call your company that many times and not even have a manager call me back only a customer service representative that hung up on me or maybe he was a manager!! Your company is terrible!!
