The staff is cordial and efficient.
The staff provides excellent customer service and their cars are always clean and ready.
There is just one person in this office so sometimes you need to wait but overall very good customer service. Most of the times you will get a free upgrade to a better car. If they were not able to pick up and/or drop you off you can get reimbursed for up to $10 for each of them.
Best rental service in town. Affordable, responsible and professional.
